Traditional spring ploughing ceremonies held in Tibet to sow the seed of hope

According to Tibetan calendar, March 16th on the Gregorian calendar or February 3rd in Tibetan calendar is an auspicious day for spring ploughing. Farmers and their yaks attended a spring ploughing ceremony in Southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, March 16, 2021. Traditional spring ploughing ceremonies took place in Tibet's major cultivation areas on Tuesday to pray for a year with good harvests.
